You can request a return or replacement for your purchase under the following conditions:

  

  • Expired Product Delivered: If the product delivered is past its expiration date.
  • Damaged Product Delivered: If the product or packaging is physically damaged or tampered with upon delivery.

 

Conditions Where Return/Replacement Will Not Be Accepted

 

Return or replacement requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 

  • Opened/Used/Altered Products: Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Missing Original Packaging: Products returned without original packaging, including mono cartons, labels, etc.
  • Delayed Request: Any return or replacement request made more than 24 hours after delivery.
